Wheel Chair Users Self Defence Course

We are excited to announce that we are officially starting our “Push with Confidence” Self Defence Courses for Wheelchair users as of May this year, a self-defence course is starting on Sunday May 26th.

The goal is to teach wheelchair users self-defence skills that are easy to apply should the need ever arise in a physical conflict.

The course will be held at the Northwood Village Hall.

The course cost is £25.00

All programs are broken down to step-by-step process so it’s easy to learn and execute by all should the need ever arise.

The Hall will provide easy ramp access onto the premises & disabled facilities.

(parking is available and a bus stop (No.1 via Newport/Cowes) is right outside the facility making public transportation an option as well.

All ages are welcome, and the event is open to wheelchair users’ caregivers and family members.

All equipment will be provided, all you need to bring is a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.
