A free weekly meet up for expectant and new parents at Cowes Library with Alissia Knight, a Doula and Parent Wellbeing coach.

This is an informal group to get to know other soon to be and new parents, chat about all things pregnancy and new born stuff, get moral support, be signposted to extra help if you need it, think about what self-care looks like for you, but generally just be with othres at the same stage in their parent journey.
