The Isle of Wight Ramblers are having a Festival Day on Bank Holiday Monday, in East Cowes. This is an opportunity for you to say where you think the England Coast Path should go. There will be an open meeting at the Town Hall from 10.30am, with displays showing all the issues. At 11.30am there will be a meeting chaired by Kate Ashbrook, vice-president of the Ramblers.
At 1pm Ramblers successes so far are being celebrated at Jubilee Recreation Ground, with a picnic in the park. Then all will rally outside the Osborne estate gates to show concern at the proposed route for the Coast Path.
Email info@iowramblers.com to book your place at the picnic.
