The Elephant Club Circle Dancing is a group activity, developed by Dementia Pathfinders. A group specifically for people suffering from memory loss or dementia in Cowes.
The sessions are free, fun, and gentle, and aimed at helping participants gain physical and mental confidence.
The sessions will be monthly on the 1st Thursday of each month.
No need for special clothing or equipment, just a willingness to give it a go and be with others!!
Free parking is available in the hall’s car park and free refreshments are served during the session.
