Defence Lab is an international franchise that started back in 2004 and has since become a global phenomenon, you can find out more at defencelab.com, often found to be the top of the list on Google search.

The system is a reality-based self-defence method that uses unique arm shields (Shapes) that we use to ward off attacks. We also promote confidence and fitness, welcoming all students from other martial arts, and those with none.

Classes will be held at the Northwood Village/WI Hall, Newport Road. Cowes. Kids Classes start 10 am-11 am, then Adults start straight after 11 am to 12 pm.

The First session for all newcomers is Free, then £5.00 for children and £8.00 for Adults.
